Corporate Solicitor – 3-5 yr pqe – £70,000 – £80,000 – London

 

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a high calibre commercial lawyer to join a well-regarded and well-established London law firm based near Chancery Lane.

Working for a leading firm for AIM admission and fund-raising work, this is an excellent opportunity to build experience and gain access to varied and interesting corporate work.

The successful candidate will have 3 to 5 years’ PQE corporate experience and be able to demonstrate exposure to corporate transactional work including buying and selling companies in a public company context. AIM transactional experience would also be useful.

While supporting senior fee earners and Partners, the successful candidate will also be given the opportunity to manage their own caseload.

Excellent oral and written communication skills are essential, along with the ability to interact effectively with colleagues and clients at all levels.

We have extensive international experience advising on international transactions and cross-border issues.
